People who love horses can never get enough of seeing these beautiful animals.
With today's busy and modern lifestyles, those who are not lucky enough to own a
horse, seldom, if ever, get the opportunity to ride one. Do you know what a Dude Ranch
is? It's a vacation resort, set on a ranch with plenty of horses and activities
for those who crave a taste of ranch living. You can sleep in tents outside
under
the stars, or stay inside of rustic cabins. Dude ranches have scheduled riding
activities for the entire family, old fashioned hayrides and covered wagon
rides. You may even learn how to roundup cattle, use a lasso, brand a calf, and
shoe a horse. Square dancing, and ranch style cooking add to the western
atmosphere of a dude ranch. It's a perfect place for a family vacation and lessons are always provided for
the novice or "City Slicker." Until your next vacation, you can enjoy
some of the beautiful
